El proyecto GLOBE (Aprendizaje y observaciones para beneficiar el medio ambiente global) es una red mundial de estudiantes, maestros y científicos. Mediante GLOBE los maestros guían a sus estudiantes en observaciones del medio ambiente tales como la temperatura del aire, la cantidad de lluvia y la calidad del agua. Usando internet los estudiantes envían sus datos al archivo GLOBE. LaMotte tiene productos específicos para el programa GLOBE.
